Gratitude
Right now in this moment I'm grateful for...
1. a night at home with Sarah and Caroline, just like the good 'ol days
2. a restful nights' sleep
3. The sun coming up earlier in the mornings.

Summertime
Top 10 Reasons I LOVE Summer:
1. Daylight savings
2. Sun dresses
3. Cruise-er-ing on the river path
4. Hammocking
5. Sweaty bike rides
6. The sound of crickets and frogs in the valley
7. Camping
8. Patio time downtown
9. Not having to scrape my windshield in the morning
And the #1 reason I love summertime??
10. FLIP FLOPS! Seriously.
Ps I realize I did not count backwards so flip flops is actually the number 10 reason I like summer...whoops!

Choosing Health
These last 8 weeks have been tough. I haven't felt like myself. Im lethargic, moody, and overly sensitive. My periods irregular, my skin is breaking out, and did I mention SO freaking lethargic. Ugh.
It makes me realize how often I take "feeling good" for granted. And it also makes me realize that just because I don't "feel good" right now, I can't just give up. So every day is a new commitment to make healthy choices for myself. And what that looks like changes every day.
Looking forward to another new day tomorrow!
