It's a Nice Day for a Beach Wedding

Hi friends! For a while now I've been wanting to post pics from the beautiful beach wedding I attended down in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.  Here are a few - though the photos really don't do it justice.  You'll just have to take a trip down to Playa to find out for yourself.

Water.Colors.

Hi dedicated krissea readers. Thanks for hanging in there during my hiatus.  Though with fresh inspiration as a result of the new look, courtesy of Hello There, Design you can expect more posts in the coming weeks.

These watercolors, by Longstreet Collection, can be purchased on deal from One Kings Lane today only. Check them out. (I would recommend them for the kids room at the beach house, of course.)

Popsicle.

Daffodil.

Boats.

Sail.

Tuesday morning I head to Connecticut. A work trip though, no New England beach time for this girl.  I love this time of year in Durango, so I'll be anxious to return for a fun Memorial Day Weekend that will include riding my bicycle to Silverton.

Have a great Sunday Funday!

The Sea is Calling

by Fresh Words Market

Down in Mexico, while on vacation, there was time for reflection. There was time for stillness.  There was time to put space in between *thoughts* and *feelings* and *actions*.

Not that it's impossible to do that in "real" life, it just takes a little more effort.  There is the same amount of time in Mexico as there is in the states, and I get to choose how I spend it whether I'm here or there.

Does how you are choosing to spend your time reflect what you most deeply value?

Mahekal, Mucho Gusto!

Last weekend was a once in a lifetime girls' vacay to Playa del Carmen, Mexico.  Soft, white, sandy beaches. Ocean the color of bright crisp clear turquoise.  And avocados so fresh they melted in my mouth and I could've eaten them like apples.

More to come!
